I can see the genre of the mood board is POP! - It does have many elements of being a good mood board. The reasons for this is there are a varity of colours included with album covers and group photos.
The mood board follows a POP covention of having the artists in brightly coloured clotheing. The female artists have a sex appeal as they are wearing short skimpy clothing with a ton of make up. Also they artists have positive body language which shows they are not afraid of posing.
For future improvements, you could have included a couple of more artists for example Pixie Lott, Bruno Mars, Rihanna etc. Furthermore a few performance shots may have been added.
